Personal Bio:

Sharing in my family’s passion for sailing, I’ve been active on the water since I was four years old, effectively growing up onboard “Carpe Diem” – a Beneteau First 235 sailboat, which we have used for day sailing, some overnight cruising, as well as casual racing in and outside of Captain Harbor. More recently, I have also enjoyed some longer distance cruising in and outside of Long Island Sound, onboard “Grand Slam” – a Sabre 34 sailboat. I have also sailed and competed on Optis (at Indian Harbor Yacht Club); Fevas (at Rocky Point Club); and Club 420s (as a varsity sailor in my third year at Greenwich High School). And during last fall and winter, I had a pleasure of joining and competing at the Riverside Dyer Dinghy Association’s “frostbiting” – a wonderful experience on its own!

I am a Junior Member at the Greenwich Boat and Yacht Club, and I hold a Small Boat Instructor Level 1 Certification.

Outside of sailing, I deeply care about our environment. I also enjoy playing violin. I am a former soccer player and a current licensed soccer referee :) I am very excited to be part of the Riverside Yacht Club staff this summer, and I look forward to a really amazing season.

Fun Fact:

My favorite food is sushi, my first language was Polish, and I love to travel!
