2017 Pier Reconstruction

Pier Update, April 19-

The construction on the pier is essentially completed, though the Dockhouse will not be finished for a few more weeks. On April 22, we will begin accessing the marina from the new pier, from new ramps located near the pool.  The temporary lawn ramp will have been removed.  Please note that use of the pier is restricted to the large platform on the landward side, the two landward ramps, and the new floats.  The area toward the Dockhouse is still an active construction area.

Demolition of the old opti/frostbiting docks begins Monday April 24th;  please be sure to have all your boats and other equipment off those floats by that time.

Power has now been restored to the entire marina; there should be a noticeable improvement in voltage levels on all docks.  Water will be coming back on in the next week, subject to Town of Greenwich restrictions.  Fuel and pump-out services will  resume by commissioning. Launch service will be available, when needed, from the normal location west of the Dockhouse.

As always, please give the Waterways department 48 hours notice before your boat arrives.

Thank you for your patience, and please continue to observe signs and temporary barricades while construction is wrapped up.
